1.投標廠商需具有下列經驗： 依本公司LNG FOB購氣契約，於卡達裝貨港曾承攬擔任買方代表工作，或曾於卡達LNG裝貨港提供裝貨數量公證服務。 (The bidders should have prior experience acting as: a buyer's representative at loading ports in Qatar in relation to FOB LNG purchase contracts; or a service provider in witnessing and certifying the quantity of LNG loaded at loading ports in Qatar.) 上述服務經驗須出具契約或業主出具之證明文件者。 (Such experience shall be evidenced by an appropriate certificate or contract from employers or customers who have engaged the services of the contractor in the above mentioned roles.) 2. 任何代表卡達Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited(II)在卡達執行各業務之廠商，不得參與本案投標。(由投標廠商提供"Declaration"切結書)。 (Any bidder currently employed or contracted by Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (II) in Qatar shall be disqualified.)(Please see attachment "Declaration")
